I’m going to make a confession right here and now that will probably be met with gasps and critical looks and mumblings of “I can’t believe you…” but here it goes:
I don’t really like the musical Oliver.
I’ve never read the book, so I can’t really talk about it much in that regard. I have seen the movie Oliver and Company, and it’s one of my all-time favorite Disney Animated Classics, so maybe that’s skewing my perspective? Because, seriously, what can compete with this?

But, despite my dislike of the musical (again, sorry theatre friends…), I do love the line I’ve quoted in my title today, because I. LOVE. FOOD. And lately, thanks to the newest program from Beachbody – the 2B Mindset – I’ve been spending a lot of time experimenting in the kitchen.
Here’s a quick rundown of some of the latest things I’ve created… And, I’d love to share recipes here, but I don’t really use them. I just tend to chop stuff up, throw it in a pan, and hope it works (and, usually, it does!). But I’ll try to do a product shout-out for anything that’s particularly delicious so you can try to find those things at a store near you.
Looks like a lot of vegetables, right? That’s because #VeggiesMost is one of the philosophies of the 2B Mindset program. A program that has helped me lose 7.6 pounds in 19 days thankyouverymuch. If you’re interested in trying it for yourself, you can click through one of the previous links or use the “Contact Me” page and I can talk to you about what I offer as a Beachbody Coach.
And now, a quick list of products to be on the lookout for:
- Victoria White Linen Marinara Sauce (no sugar added! yay!)
- Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi
- Via Emilia Organic Riced Cauliflower
- Beanitos Chips
- Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
- Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas
Questions about anything else I’ve got pictured up there? Drop it in the comments and I’ll answer what I can!
